Studentlink.in Communications Private Limited, is a company incorporated in India ("Studentlink.in"). These terms and conditions as well as any other guidelines, rules and additional terms referenced herein, and all such guidelines, terms and rules are hereby incorporated herein by this reference (collectively, "Terms of Service") govern your access to and use of Studentlink's websites across multiple domain and subdomain names (the "Sites"), any information, text, messages, graphics, or other materials, appearing on the Sites (the "Content"), and any services provided through the Sites including but not limited to allowing you to write journals, read and comment in other users journals, form discussion groups, participate in discussions, review products and services providers, access other users' reviews of products and service providers (the "Services"). Your access to and use of the Sites, Content, and/or Services is expressly conditioned on your compliance with these Terms of Service. By accessing or using the Sites, Content, or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Terms of Service carefully. Modification of Terms of Service
You acknowledge and agree that Studentlink may revise these Terms of Service from time to time, without prior notice. By continuing to access or use the Sites, Content, or Services after Studentlink makes any such revision, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms of Service. If any modification is not acceptable to you, your only recourse is to cease using and/or accessing the Sites, Content and Service.
Eligibility, and Age
You must be 18 or over, or the legal age to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction if that age is greater than 18 years of age, to register as a member of the Sites, access the Content and/or Services. If you do not meet the age requirement, do not access or use the Sites, Services and/or Content. Membership in the Sites is void where prohibited by applicable law. By accessing and/or using the Sites, Content and/or Services you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into these Terms of Service and to abide by all of the terms and conditions set forth herein.
